coconut oil
I use coconut oil for baking pastries, home cosmetics, and coconut fat for frying in a pan. Both are in the solid state, but the fat is (mostly) packed in soft packaging so it is much easier to instantly open and use it, and it is cheaper than the oil. It gives food gentle, but still a great taste of coconut. So instead of using olive or sunflower oil, I take in hand a cube of coconut fat and grease the pan. Further procedures are the same. :)
