COCOA
I like sweets very much. My favorite is (dark) chocolate, of which is the main ingredient cocoa. Cocoa contains high proportions of antioxidants, twice as much as red wine and thrice more than green tea. Moreover, studies have shown that food rich with cocoa lowers blood pressure while drinking green and black tea does not cause such an effect.
I preferred to buy cocoa from Rapunzel , which unfortunately for some time can’t be purchased in our special stores. Now I’m buying it from the brand Naturata or Vegalife, which are also great, but a bit more expensive.

There are some excellent recipes containing cocoa:
- Chia pudding, but instead of vanilla, I use tablespoon of cocoa.
- Homemade Twix, but I make my own chocolate dressing.
